Santa Fe Oasis105

102 pints/day · 3,300 sq ft · Gravity drain · $2,108 (sale) at Sylvane as of Oct 2026

The Santa Fe Oasis105 (part 4044510) is the successor to the Advance90 / Advance2 and the largest Santa Fe unit aimed at crawl spaces. It is rated at 102 pints per day at AHAM conditions and 67 pints per day at the 65°F DOE condition, and Santa Fe quotes coverage of up to 3,300 sq ft for a tightly sealed crawl space (2,600 sq ft for a basement).

Airflow is 280 CFM at up to 1 in. WG of external static, which is what lets this unit be ducted to reach the far corners of a long crawl space. It uses a 14 x 12 x 1 in. MERV-13 filter, draws 6.1 A (732 W) at the DOE condition, and weighs 59 lb in a 24 x 14.5 x 16 in. cabinet. Controls are onboard and digital, the fan is variable-speed, and a dew point cutout protects the coil in cold conditions.

Drainage is a positive-pressure condensate drain that does not need a P-trap; an optional condensate pump is available if gravity will not work. Santa Fe does not publish a noise rating for this model; Sylvane's spec table lists a maximum of 54 dB. Warranty is 6 years, and the Sylvane price at the time of verification was $2,108 on sale.

Our take

Choose the Oasis105 when the crawl space is large, leaky, or needs a ducted run and you still want MERV-13 filtration and a 6-year warranty. It is the most expensive unit here, and the AprilAire E100 offers a similar 100-pint rating and 280 CFM for less, so the case for the Oasis105 rests on filtration, the 6-year warranty and the 3,300 sq ft crawl space rating.
